Lesson Plans $ Reflections

Writing reflection is a method that teachers use to analyze a situation and think critically about it. I have used this tool to reflect on my lessons, students’ performance and students’ outcome. For me, I believe that reflecting on the lessons I gave is essential to me to consider the areas I need development in and how to develop them. Having teaching practices in schools, taught me to use classroom observations, field notes about students and action research as resources for me to reflect critically on students’ development and their difficulties areas. Therefore, I could use these resources in planning for the lessons.
