Rapports and Observations
I strongly believe that feedbacks is one of the significant element that can help me to improved my performance and developed my teaching strategies. Thus, without my MCT's and MST's observations I would never be able to notice my weakness to improve them, which is not beneficial for the teachers.
In this page, I will share some of the feedback from my MST my MCT during the teaching practices.

MST feedback is an effective method that helped me to consider the areas that I needed development. We cannot sometimes focus on how we teach the lessons and what areas we need improvement in. However, MST feedback gave me an overall performance of my strengths, my weakness and the areas I needed to develop and improve. Therefore, I was actually able to consider those areas, be aware of them and plan my lessons regarding them. I believe that MST feedback is an effective method for me to consider the areas I need to work in.
Implementing learning (Language and delivery)
My first visit lesson was about Personality. My MST commented that I need to grades my own language to meet the level of students and focus on modeling the written target language accurately. I believe that this is true because I used couples of instructions words that are challenging to the students such as (meanwhile ). Students learn from the teacher, and if the teacher is not modeling the language in an appropriate way then students will make the same mistake, and this will interrupt students learning. Therefore, I need to model the language in an accurate way for the students.
MCT Feedback
Implementing and managing to learn
During year 4 in the first semester, one of the challenges I faced is managing students’ behavior, because there were 34 students in the class. My MCT had emphasis me to work on using different strategies in managing students’ behavior. Therefore, I tried to employ (class dojo) website as a strategy to manage their behavior. For me, the most significant element was on applying the strategy and maintains their behavior. This website shows records for each student, the points they get and also group work points. So whenever students misbehave I maintain their behavior by reducing their points. I believe that this method helped me to manage their behavior and take control of the classroom.

I observed my Colleague Aisha’s lesson for grade eight. Firstly, as I attended one of her classes, and I noticed the classroom management was very good. The lesson objectives were select on the board. However, it was surprising how she managed to choose activities that make her students calm and involved. But in that lesson, she made the lesson teacher-centered, which actually did not work with some of her students. I liked when she helped the students to pronounce the hard words. She linked the topic of the lesson with their own lives, which let the student’s active to answer her. Also, some of the students in the back didn’t understand what they need to do in the third activity, she needs to raise her voice to be sure that all of them understand what they need to do in each activity. I think it was one of her best lessons. but overall she had a good planning for the lesson, and I find it enjoyable.
